A first-hand look is invaluable in assessing how a prospective resident might view the property for the first time. However, time is valuable and a first-hand review is a luxury that many owners can't afford.

Our mission at Apartment Inspection Services is to keep property owners informed by providing them with periodic, independent, non-biased Site Inspection Reports of their properties. We document the inspection by completing pre-approved checklists and by taking digital photos.
Upon completion, owners are notified by e-mail and directed to the AIS website where they can view the Site Inspection Report from the convenience of their desks. They can also provide the web link to their management personnel to be printed and used as work orders. Because of our experience and new technology, this report can be done as often as the owner wants and at a very affordable price.
